Digital Products & Content

All products available for purchase on hoviko.xyz are digital goods, including downloadable articles, guides, and other written content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital items, except in cases of technical issues where the content is inaccessible or defective.

Refund Eligibility

We want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with the digital content they purchase. In case of an issue where the purchased item is not accessible or contains major errors, please reach out to us at admin@hoviko.xyz within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your request and, if applicable, offer a solution, which may include a replacement or credit toward future purchases.

Refunds are not provided for the following:

Change of mind or personal preference
Access issues that result from the customer’s device or internet connection
Content downloaded or accessed already (once the digital product is opened)

Order Cancellations
